Why I Love It: So, I started recording this podfic two hours before the season 1 finale episode aired. I paused recording, to watch the finale. I finished recording this podfic 90 minutes after the finale finished. I have been riding the high of that finale for TWENTY-FOUR HOURS. Lucifer gives me all the best balance of supernatural show and crime show, complete with buddy cops and flaming eyes. astolat's fic strikes the same balance that makes Lucifer work so well, with added elements of courtroom procedural, crossover awesomeness, Bible canon backstory, and high-octane family drama. Also, Lucifer Morningstar subscribes to the Adam Young School Of Free Will And Apocalyptic Aversion, which is wonderful.
