Why I Love It: Don't you just love it when you start spamming a friend's inbox, and instead of an irate email, you wake up to fic set in the most delightful alternate universe? I do. I also love USO Showgirl!Angie, as she flirts with SSR Agent!Peggy, to the mild embarassment (perpetually pink-cheeked in the face of hot girls, obviously) Steve Rogers. To set the scene for Angie's stage debut, I used Steve's showtune from The First Avenger - please, if you will, imagine Miss Cartinelli serenading and high-kicking her way across the European theater (and then making out with Agent Carter backstage, after dark).
