{a post-script to yesterday's post}
Ok, so E's blanket. (Apparently, I am less than awesome at making working hyperlinks. And I was so proud of myself, too...) Well, it's based off this one, that we saw at Anthropologie, and I was all, "I can make that!" and she replied, "I'll buy you a Frosty if you make me one." And so, I was easily bought...but the joke's on her, 'cause the blanket is taking forever, and she won't be getting it 'til even after that (and I may make her tuck in all the stray ends, as well. I hate that part.) Anyway, pictures of my inspiration.
Obviously, my version doesn't look quite like that, and I'm pretty sure I'll never refer to it as a "Quirky Heirloom Throw" (that's what Anthropologie's website calls it, which sounds kinda ridiculous to me). But, when it's finally done, it's gonna be fantastic.
Other update: Finished recording the last two-thirds of The Life and Times of Lois Lane! All I've got now is one last listen-through, to make sure I didn't forget to read anything or stutter or start, like, sneezing randomly in the middle somewhere, and it's all done! Making lists of Shit I Need To Finish for the vast internets to peruse apparently motivates me. Who knew? So, there's that as well.
