Why I Think fishpatrol Will Love It: I asked Twitter, "Who likes HP/SGA AUs?" and she answered first.
Why Everyone Else Will Love It: An imagining of how the presence (and absence) of magic in John Sheppard's life would have affected his various military postings. The prose is lyrical, and the imagery is vivid. Originally, I had asked argentumlupine to edit this podfic for me, and she did a wonderful job...but the day after I got the finished podfic back, I realized I'd pronounced "athame" wrong the entire podfic through. This bugged me enough to rerecord the whole thing, which means you're about to listen to a different version of this podfic than argentumlupine has already heard.
