Except that mine is pretty much the opposite of everyone else's. I don't feel hunger. Like, practically ever. I've had times when I seriously didn't eat for thirty hours and seriously didn't notice it until my mom asked me to do dishes before she came home (and wondered why there weren't any dishes to do). So when I'm home by myself for extended periods of time, and there aren't other people around to say "It's time for a meal," I have to set a timer for every four hours and snack by it. I have this huge fear that in college, I'll just not eat, and just get really tired, and go to sleep, and my blood sugar will be so low that instead of waking up, I'll fall into a coma and die. So I need to make sure I socialize with eating people who can keep my cells sustained through peer pressure.
So although I know that not eating breakfast and not eating dinner is no good for you, and I can tell you that like the mother hen that I am, I can't really tsk-tsk you or give you advice with a clear conscience. All I can say is, good luck reconciling food with your schedule, and pleaseplease don't compromise your general well-being just to do more stuff after school!
Not going to lie, wish I had that. I'm the queen of being hungry... all the time. Whenever I go out with Kevin he's like "are you hungry?" and I respond "You know me, I'll eat if you are!" Tis really bad. Rice cakes and grapes, however, allow me to eat many times and not feel bad!
Hahaha I very much know tis not so good... I'll usually grab a sandwich for dinner, so I am eatting, just not nearly as much as I used to. And, unfortunately, with dance, everything is compromised for success haha. We were told (... I believe he was joking, but as a refrence) that friends were off-limits until All-Irelands. He is a very strange man. I think me not eatting is the best of badnesses. We've had injuries galore recently.
True -- what you eat is more important than how you eat. You can eat a little bit of chocolate or you can eat a pound of celery.
Hahaha! I'm sure he was joking! Well, just remember that in order to dance, you need calories, and in order to get calories, you need to eat! If you ever find yourself dizzy or faint or weak or anything, don't let anyone (including that strange man, and including yourself because you might try to convince yourself that it's nothing) stop you from keeping your billions of cells alive.
Pshhh... Cells? Lies! Plus, if they are true, I'll just grow back some more! They're just weak if some lack of food kills them. Survival of the fittest! Haha
