Summary: TV weatherman, Jack Harkness, needs to get his soon-to-be-ex, Dr. Ianto Jones, to sign papers dissolving their civil union. But Mother Nature, in the form of a series of intense storms sweeping across the state of Oklahoma, has other ideas. Joining Ianto's team of storm chasers - on loan from the School of Earth, Ocean and Planetary Sciences at Cardiff University - they attempt to insert a revolutionary measuring device into the heart of several extremely violent tornados.
