Ouch.

Just got my tragus pierced today. Took long enough right? It was very spur of the moment. Jess got hers done, too. She was originally going to get second holes, but when I mentioned how I wanted my tragus done she thought it was a good idea, too. The worst part was the crunching noise as the needle went in. Jess got hers done first and she bled like crazy. It was gross, but Will and I had to pretend like nothing was wrong so she wouldn't freak out.

It was scary, but the actual piercing didn't really hurt all that much. There was a lot of pressure and tugging, but nothing excruciating. It wasn't until afterward that it got hot and a little sore, but again no real pain. Eventually it didn't hurt at all, but then I cleaned it and now it won't stop throbbing. Whatever. I just hope I don't get a keloid. I would vomit. The guy that did the piercing was pretty funny because he was completely unflappable. When Jess started to bleed he said, in a completely monotone voice, "We've got a bleeder". Jess and I were freaking out just a bit before we got them done and were like... we're going to cry, I am going to cry for you, etc. The guy, in that emotionless voice, would say things like "I am going to cry".

Good times. It hurts. Can't wait to get jewelery for it!!! 12 weeks...
