LA GALAXY BEAT HOUSTON 3-1 TO WIN THE MLS CUP FINAL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I'M JUST SO SEXCITED YOU GUYS. MY TEAM WERE SO AWESOME AND FOUGHT SO HARD AND DIDN'T LET THEIR CRAPPY START TO THE SEASON KEEP THEM DOWN AND I LOVE THEM ALL SO MUUUUUCH. For reals, Omar was awesome getting that equalizer and then Donovan getting the win with that PK and just EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! And then my Omar won the MVP Award -- the first time a defender has gotten that, omg, and his co-defender BFF who's been out due to injury for months AJ was there and lots of hugs between them and just guh. ♥TEAM!!!♥
Only sad note is this being Becks' last game for the league. Bruce took him off in overtime so he could get his goodbye applause and teammates were hugging him as he walked off and later the fans started chanting "Thank you, Beckham!" and he looked so touched and I choked up, ngl. :'( Dear Becks, plz go home to the EPL so I can keep getting coverage of your awesome self in games kthx. P.S. Oh, that MLS team you're in the process of buying but can't disclose details about yet? LET IT BE LA GALAXY.
