YOU GUYS I AM A SMITTEN KITTEN.
Okay, so! Days of Our Lives has started a gay looove storyline, right? Right! With legacy characters, which, dude, important fact there. And, okay, I resisted the idea (I still miss you, Nuke *sob*) when it was first announced for a long time. Like, two minutes. But they are pretty and I am weak, so shaddup. I mean, really. LOOKIT 'EM. (Sonny, top. Will, bottom. In the picture, not sure about in bed yet. :P)
So I'm all caught up now and just *flails* I was not prepared for just how loveable their characters are. They're so sweet and strong and brave and I wanna squish 'em. And they're not even together yet! The storyline's just started; the writers are taking it pretty slow (Will hasn't even realized he's gay yet) and I'm tickled pink. SO MUCH CHEMISTRY OMG. I can only imagine when they're actually, y'know, TOUCHING EACH OTHER. Plus the acting is pretty darned good, score!
I adore Gabi, Will's girlfriend (for now *dramatic music*). Kinsey's pretty entertaining, even if her occasional decisions (and her OMG100000000000%ENTHUSIASM style of acting) make me side-eye her.
Y'know, last I watched DOOL, I was in high school, I think, heavily invested in Jack and Jennifer for a summer and Sami was a teen troublemaker. So I did have a akd;kjfai moment when I realized Will was Sami's son, heh.
In conclusion: YOU GUYS SHOULD TOTALLY WATCH THE PRETTY WITH ME.
