Hurley did for the passenger thingymabob! Which remains one of my favorite scenes from the entire show.

Duuude, I'd forgotten all about that. I need to watch that again and wallow.

I did like Charlie punching Sawyer, though. I'm going to go around telling people "you hit like a ponce" from now on, hee hee. :D

That was priceless. Charlie didn't waste a second going for Sawyer's weak spot when he punched his wound. Also, that fight was hot. I blame it for the C/S thoughts I had. Charlie would take none of Sawyer's shit in bed.

Also, I didn't find this week's episode boring, maybe because I was totally clueless about the kid right up until that wierd bird thing happened. O_O

I had some suspicions about him since the time Locke took his "training" on to intently and was all "be allowed to fulfill his destiny". Then when I saw the polar bear in the comic book - bam!

I actually thought last week's wasn't that great. I mean, they went through all that stuff with Boone that I didn't really care about, and then, in the end, Shannon didn't even get eaten! *pouts*

OMG I KNOW! I keep waiting for someone to die and TWICE they've come back. Esp since JJ said not to get too attached to anyone. Not that I'm complaining, I was a wreck when they "killed" Charlie. But Snicker Bitch? I wouldn't have minded so much, esp if it gave Boone some character growth. But, now that I think about it, he's already achieved that, by willingly putting some distance between their "I'm responsible for saving you" dysfunction. Plus, this way, doesn't have the guilt trip that would have resulted with her death.

OMG I feel like I'm talking about Brian and Justin. :|

Also, I wanted to ask your opinion, do you think they made them step-siblings deliberately so the incest would be ever-so-slightly less squicky? I mean, if you're going to have incest on your show (with a sex scene, no less!), you may as well go the whole nine yards, y'know?

I'm totally with you! My theory? JJ wrote them as blood siblings, Disney balked, and so they compromised with the "step" qualifier. Cos Disney is whack, yo.

One thing I did like about this ep? Walt's mom knowing exactly how old her son was when Michael wanted to talk to him. "He's only 21 months..." Yeah, it was mainly to give us a time reference to how long Michael'd been in the hospital since Walt turns 24 months, but STILL. None of that "he's about two" a la Mel for HER. :D

OMG that is the best thing I have ever heard. C/S!!! C/S 4EVA!! Has anyone written this? And if so, why have I not yet read it?

Bwahahaha! Everything always comes back to QAF in the end. :D

*gasp* Those dastards! That probably is it, too. I mean, this show always has a reason for every bit of characterization, so it didn't seem to make sense for them to so pointedly mention the fact that Shannon and Boone were step-siblings. I mean, it didn't add anything. So it made me go "huh?" at the time.
