• Many of you have kindly expressed concern about and asked for information on the recovery of Gale Harold. I hope you'll understand that in respecting Gale's privacy I can only tell you that every day he is making improvements. He's surrounded by love and support and is facing this challenge with his usual Gale tenacity. So keep the good healing thoughts and wishes flowing his way! --Scott, 10/20 --

here There is so much right with this message, I can't even say. "Everyday improvements" is huge", but what really made me relax some? "He's surrounded by love." Most important part. Thank you, Scott. ♥
• Gale will be moved tonight to a new hospital. Location to remain confidential at this time. He remains in ICU at LA County and will be placed in ICU in the new hospital after the move so that the new doctor can monitor Gale throughout the weekend. Monday they'll tell us if visitors will be welcomed and at that time tell us where to send cards, etc. You should also know that this was one of those simple freak accidents that can happen anywhere just like falling in the tub. He was with friends and was simply riding his motorcycle around the block near his home. Exec Producer, DH 10/17
Yeah, apparently the last report that he was outta ICU wasn't true. Never has my icon been so appropriate, heh. But don't worry. Just read Scott's message again. Improving every day! Love! Tenacity! :D
• An update on Gale Harold's condition: Over the weekend, the Associated Press reported that the actor remains under observation in the intensive care unit at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center, but his condition is improving, and he will be moved to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center when a bed opens up. --
here Nothing we didn't already know, I know, but it's an update from the site's last report that had all the Gale get-well messages. This time they're asking for, "Why do we feel such a strong connection to Gale?" Might be an interesting read once some answer. Or disturbing. Whichever. Heh.
Also, to put minds at ease. I've had alarmed e-mails ask me about more info on how Gale lay unconscious and alone for hours before he was found, how it was a drunk driver who hit him, or a darting animal, etc. None of that was fact. Best of my knowledge, all that started on the IMDB with a few speculating. We actually don't know much about the details, and that's the way it should be (even though I reallyreally wanna know, heh).
At least until Galeface does his next interview and gives us the story, complete with "y'knows" and made-up words like "my motorcycleivity was interrupted..." ♥
Desperate Housewives: 504
GALEOMGALDKFJASLDKFJASDLKJ!
"He said pwease!"
That just might be my most favorite thing Gale's ever said. I just... I love him so. Another fave scene: Soon as MJ went biking by the window and a couple seconds later, Jackson jogs by. Glee! I lovelovelove this role. GALE AND WEE CHILDREN AND FUNNY FACES. :D
And gotta say, MJ makes my ovaries squee. He's so darned cute and for a *checks* six year old, can actually act. His "oh geez" face when Susan told him to fall for daddy aldfkjas.
Also, the whole Jackson storyline being about MJ falling off his bike. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE IRONY, LIFE. :|
I feel a Gale DH picspam coming on. *nods* Anyways, also caught up on some of the older season eps.
Desperate Housewives: up to 214
• They killed Rex! =:O
• I can't decide if I like Zach or not. Sometimes I wanna feed him soup, other times I want to make soup outta him. But, omg, Mike is his dad aldja. So he had a son even before MJ! Though he's not around in S5, so now I'm worried what happens to him, hm.
• I totally understand now why DH fans were so "OMGNOWAYINHELL" when Jackson came on the scene. Susan/Mike are so OTP. ♥ That scene where he finds out she gave Zach money to go to Utah and she's sobbing hysterically in the street for him to forgive her and the other Girls slowly come out of their houses and then go to her after he drives away and she sinks to the ground in her wedding dress omg Suuuusan. :((((((((((
• The whole George storyline. That was pretty entertaining, heh. Especially when he flipped the psychiatrist over the bridge on his bike ride aldja. Even though I knew the actor is supergay the whole time and had a hard time believing he'd want in Bree's pants, heh. Random: He and his partner were the only good things about that Stepford Wives movie and then they killed them so fast. :(
• Gaby accidentally setting that nun on fire FTW.
• Gay!Andrew needs to make out with boys more.
• Alfre Woodard is awesome, but the Betty/Caleb/basement storyline is probably my least favorite of the Big Season-Long Storylines so far. Bleh.
• Hey, Nathan Petrelli is Gaby's lawyer!
• Lynette annoys the fuck outta me in all seasons. I could never nanny for her, grrr.
• On the other hand, I totally want to be BFF with Edie. She's the female Brian on this street, yo. Tough on the outside, squishy on the inside, crappy childhood, just wants to be loved and accepted, brutally honest, and can't forget slutty. Let's hear it for slutty!
Remember this past Saturday game with
L.A. Galaxy vs. Houston
It was brutal, y'all. 0-3. ZERO TO THREE, PPL. Where those three goals were ALL MADE IN THE FIRST 20 MINUTES. *headdesk* They just weren't themselves, you could tell. And I feel so bad for goalie Saunders. He'd been doing so good the last two games and then this, and when it's so important.
So, yeah, no post-season for them, tis official. :((((((
Upside? Becks is back for their last game this Sun!
