• I know the odds are, like, .000001% that Gale will be anywhere near the SF premiere of FFG tonight, but a fangirl can still hope, y'know? Though, if he is, I'll have to hear about it from my flist. Right coast this time for me, just the wrong end of the state. Woe. But it's only fair since we had it last showing. I SUPPOSE. But, man, oh, man. I ( Read more... )

Gees I wish I was going to see it, but its a long way to see a GH film lol, of course she gave the close up to "Gale" who wouldn't, everyone I know who saw the film, said that Gale is great in it, how come the critics don;t seem to like him, I hope that everyone from the LJ that sees it, really enjoys it & Gale of course, OMFG on the big screen he'll look more gorgeous than ever,,have a great time guys,,SP.

Yeah, that's the problem with using press screenings to drum up advance publicity - you can't guarantee the resulting reviews will be positive. Some much more harsh reviews came out of the press screening I attended a year ago (before that red shirt was color-corrected, LOL). I mean, it's no "An Affair To Remember," but it's certainly as good as many other popcorn movies that rake in the ducats these days.

Oy, I can imagine. Especially considering the list of things that Fay's spent fixing this past year. Did that shirt start off orange? ;)) And, yeah, it's not an Oscar winner by any means, but like you say, it was entertaining, even without Gale. And there's no mention of any of the humor in that review when it was really quite funny! Hmph.

Oh come on!!! How long does it take to drive from one end of Cali to the other?
Do it.
DO IT!

OMG, if it weren't for my lack of money, I would so be all *ROAD TRIP WHOOOO!* and get tickets for every showing for however long it was playing. Which is a perfectly normal reaction to Gale being in a movie at a theatre. Cos one day The Plan will prevail, dammit! *firm nod*

Heck, I live in SoCal and this was my first one. It's not us, see. I blame Gale's movies rarely making it to a theatre. :P

I don't think it will be, think it's just gonna be a matter of when it happens. ;)
