Pretty! The only thing i know you can make with cucumber is cucumber salad. Tasty, if you like tart things. I wonder if cucumber sorbet might be refreshing.

I've considered dicing them into little cubes and freezing them. I like frozen peas, and I hear that frozen grapes are good too...
