I'm looking to sublet my room for the spring semester (sometime in January (move-in time negotiable) through the end of May). The house is at approximately 32nd and Holgate. Housemates are 3 other Reedies. Rent is $525+utilities. Lots of storage space if you're into that, right next to a park. About a 15 minute walk to campus, 2 minutes to the 17.
