know of any chill landlords seeking long-term tenants?

hi, just wondering if anyone knows of or has had a great experience with a landlord who might be looking for long-term tenants (three of us) soonish. prefer to find something near reed, since i will be returning this fall (if all works out). caveat: needs to be toddler-friendly. seriously, she gets into everything, but she's a cool kid. we don't need much. just trying to find something more promising than craigslist.
