Ha... I just thought of something to describe my overall academic career - in the choosing of physics. Especially at Reed.
I was talking to this guy today who is out of college and has some (admittedly lame) job. We were talking about my finals and he asked what I had coming up (classical mechanics and electrodynamics). In response he said, 'ha... yeah I picked the fuzzy liberal arts major.' Where fuzzy, to me, refers to a happy, comfortable place to be. You know, a place where you have a pretty good idea of what's going on most of the time.
So, get ready.....
"I took the not so fuzzy road to enlightenment - the one filled with black holes."
What do you think? I mean, is it just *too* nerdy? Perhaps. But, I *am* nerdy. What can I say? Nerdy is sexy.
