Hmm, it's probably been a while, eh?

Well, you know, I am always busy and frazzled. I mean, with school work and flute always, but with the other stuff i do (past years KKY and MENC, this year Staples).

And today, i mean, I had to make a choice for my time...go to class, go to the back and get the money i need for next semester's tuition or practice. If I went to class, I would not miss any of the secret information. If I do not go to the bank, I cannot go to school. If I don't practice, I dont get into grad school...

Well, I chose to go to the bank. Because I had no other time for the rest of the week to do it. no time within the hours that the bank is open anyhow. I didnt have any time last week either. I thought maybe I'd get it on Friday, but then my trio rehearsed and then I had to go to Portsmouth to refill my priscription.

But I was thinking about it...you know I have class essentially from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday. And I don't want to be in any of these classes, except band. I have instrumental methods at 9 (I don't want to be in a public school, and lectures usually consist of casey goodwin reading to us from the textbook we have already written an essay on and filling in a couple of personal experiences), animals and society at 10 (but maybe I wont go ever again, depending on how I did on my last exam), wind symphony 11-12:30 which is not a waste of my time this semester at least, counterpoint (urquhart today played steve reich's piano phase...like, he played it, recorded it, then played the second phase part. also he talked about how bad our three voice fugues turned out.), and finally ed class (where I sat and listened to presentations, but usually we sit and think about educational philosophies)

I am busy all day doing stuff I don't want to do. On Wednesday and Fridays too.

Oh well...So tonight in ed class we did final presentations, and my group with liz and sean did music and multiculturalism. we put together a huge binder full of stuff. I mean it- it was almost to the point of overflowment. Then for the presentation, we taught the class how a mutlicultural music lesson might go- we did african drumming. So that was a lot of fun.

Also fun- I know, over two months ago I said all this stuff about this guy...well, we are still dating :) That part of my life is really good- he's cute, smart, funny, caring, sweet, and mine! :)
