Weekend was good but bad for diet. I didn't eat well. I knew it was going to happen though. With mom's retirement party and what not. I am back on South Beach today. I turned my dieting blog into an rss fee. So Check it out, I post there a lot from my phone. reelite
My phone battery has hit the crapper. It can barely hold a charge for a day.
