What's an update?
So life is ever so dragging. And I'm doing it day by day.
Work is getting tougher, but not really. It's getting busy now that Rick is gone. He was the guy that held this company together. Kinda like the picture of the guy holding the world above his head. I'm sure there's a name for it, but I don't know it. Anyways, now that he's gone, everyone wants a piece of the 'you do this, I'll sit here' action. Everyone wants to be boss now. It's a bit amusing to watch, but at the same time, it's stressful.
Other than work, I don't do much. I'm either with Tiffanie or playing hockey Monday and Wednesday nights. Both of my teams aren't doing so well. My Wednesday team is 5 points out of first. My Monday team, we're in 3rd place out of 4 teams. Oh well.
I've modified my car some. I lowered it 2" with new springs. Tein S.Techs. And just yesterday I added an exhaust system from Vibrant, to it. It sounds pretty mean and looks pretty damn sick! I love this car. I want to powdercoat my rims next. But I sold my stock rims, so I have only one set. Maybe I'll buy another set of RX-8 rims, as a back up. Eww. I need to save money.
The other day Tiff and I were painting my room, and we had to go get more paint. On the way back, as I pulled into my street/circle/parking area/driveway I saw a little bird walking around on the street. I stopped so that I don't hit it, and Tiffanie jumps out of the car and grabs it. It's a small yellow parakeet! It was cute! We took it inside the house and gave it some water. It was pretty hot that day. The wings were kinda clipped, meaning it had a home, but must have gotten out. We clipped the wings a bit more and let it run around. We went and got some food for it later that evening. I have since bought a new cage, and a couple of toys for it. I am on the lookout for any signs in my complex for a missing parakeet, but I've posted what I've found on the Mazda3 boards and Team Sleep boards, and someone said that the owner obviously wasn't careful enough to keep the bird from getting out, so they don't deserve it. I think I'm going to stick to that saying and keep it. After all, I did buy it a cage and a couple of toys. And I think it loves me. =P Haven't come up with a name for the bird yet. I'm probably going to get two more and name them 'Larry, Curly and Moe'. Or maybe I'll get one more. But I don't know what to name just two of them. Maybe 'Bert and Ernie'. Yeah! That sounds cool!
Tiffanie and I were going to go to Disneyland and Universal Studios in the middle of August. But her work gave her some lame excuse, so she wanted to change it to August 6th weekend. But her cousin has that weekend off, so Tiffanie wanted to change it to the last weekend in July. But I am going with my mom to the San Jose Grand Prix that weekend. My mom spent $700 on tickets, and I really want to go to that. I've wanted to go since it was announced last year. Tiffanie was really upset about it last night when I told her I couldn't go that weekend. I told her she needs to find out why she can't go in the middle of August. Her work seems to be bossing her around more and more. She's been working mad overtime and they are treating her like shit. It's starting to get on my nerves. But what can I do, right?
I bet it's hot outside right now, even though it's 10:15am. We have the A/C going here in the office right now, and my nipples are hard. That means it's cold, doesn't it?
I'm hungry.
