No this is not a silly, though it is pretty silly.
100% recycled toilet paper. Buy in bulk of 96 rolls it's about .99 per roll. I would assume since it's recycled it would be easier on a septic system compared to many of the commercial brands. A store up in the cities that is selling "green" home improvement products is now carrying this. May be a great alternative to the pricey 7th Gen TP.
