Trust.
Firm reliance on the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing.
Custody; care.
Something committed into the care of another; charge.
The condition and resulting obligation of having confidence placed in one: violated a public trust.
One in which confidence is placed.
Reliance on something in the future; hope.
Reliance on the intention and ability of a purchaser to pay in the future; credit.
Law.
A legal title to property held by one party for the benefit of another.
The confidence reposed in a trustee when giving the trustee legal title to property to administer for another, together with the trustee's obligation regarding that property and the beneficiary.
The property so held.
A combination of firms or corporations for the purpose of reducing competition and controlling prices throughout a business or an industry.

Willow's Threefold Rule:
1)Don't trust anything inanimate, including computers, and never say "they're
reliable" within 500 feet of a PC, cell phone, or security system.
2. Trust your friends, your family, your lawyer, and your marksmanship. Not necessarily in that order.
3. Never buy anything from someone with no last name on the phone.

What do I mean by being trustworthy? Not that I'm honest;I lie or hold things back
almost every day. Certainly every month week, at minimum.
People look at me and see what they want to believe, what they need, what I want them
to expect. Or, sometimes, much more rarely, who and what is there.
That I won't harm them? That I won't leave them, even if I do? Or when they do? That I won't betray their confidences?
I suppose two out of three ain't bad.

It always happens during these all-nighters. All-day sessions, this week, technically.
Either song lyrics or odd dreams, more often the latter.
Of course, if they want to trust me to be more than intelligent, reliable,caring, and
occasionally fun, they can ask.
