I was supposed to have gone down to Cardiff with him on Sunday night but we're both skint and it would have cost stupid money to get me back up here, so we decided to be sensible. Being sensible sucks. And not in a good way. Anyway his pay-day coincides with my birthday so that's when he's next up. Hope he's well enough 'cause I spoke to him on the phone tonight and he's been a bit rough the last couple of days.
Something somewhere seems to be rewarding me for being sensible, though, because I've got some more bar work which will help with pocket money.
