I've decided to try and do a weekly album review of a free internet album

They are called Blues.  From tuscon!

I was pleasantly surprised by this album.  I wasn't sure what to expect from the block colored imagery of a NASA space shuttle.  These guys put out a lush and flavorful metalcore/hardcore sound full of effects and noises!  The timbre of the vocals and instrumentation has a lot of varied and complex tones and will definitely keep the listener interested.  The composition style is pretty standard, dissonant and hard!  At times the vocals remind me of The Icarus Line.

1.) Aeterna Veritas:  opening with a pad of ominous guitars and far away vocals, this track goes back and forth between weird no-wave vocal stylings and hard_heavy guitar/drumwork.  I like it!

2.) Warring Quotients: Again with far away echoey vocals.  The gang vocals and marching rhythms give the track a aggressive militaristic feel that is appropriate to the lyrical content.

3.) Space between Spaces: I love instrumental music!!! As fantastic as the vocal work has been, this is my favorite track.  A short interlude, with spacey synth noises and epic guitar.  Sounds like falling through space.  The songs ends abruptly though...

4.) Panic Junky: Sort of dancy in a way.  Reminds me the Kinison or Plot to Blow up the Eiffel Tower.

5.) The New Livestock:  Its heavy and dissonant the way I like it!  I love the variation in the vocals, going from screechy to growley to doubled no-wave.  full of nifty little stops and such.

6.) Heavy Sci-Fi:  The title track of the album.  Its good stuff, but pretty much more of the same.  Features more melodic parts than the rest of the album.
