Wow, so I haven't updated in forever. Sorry about that. Where to start?
Ok, so for the past while I've been with my sexy boyfriend Kenny ( guesswho911 ) most of the time and being at the apartment with my family only for 2 days or so of the week. So I've been really busy just doing stuff and spending time with him and all.
Last weekend I went to Magic Mountain with Kenny and JK ( cosmicjester ), which was so awesome. My first major rollercoaster I've ridden in my life was X I'm proud of myself. I was a bit nervous 'cause, well, I have this thing with heigths, but man I had a blast. We rode X once because the line was UNGODLY ( they were running only one train for some reason. . . ) then we rode Viper, Colossus, Scream, Batman the ride (which sadly didn't have all of the effects running in the waiting line thing, which sucked because it was a long wait ), Riddler's Revenge, Goliath (which had an an even more ungodly wait time, it seemed, than X, mostly because many of the people in line with us were assholes.), then rode on Screm 3 more times in a row with VERY short wait times (if any at all ) and Viper twice more, the last time not even really having to leave our car. It was much awesome except I was feeling kinda sick to my stomache from all the tossing around.
After that we went to a local place called Wolf's Creek Brewery. None of us had anything alcoholic. :F But OMG was the food awesome. We got some to die for choclate chip carmel cheesecake on the house. So much yummie and awesome. The next day we got up and were going to attempt to meet up with some friends from here that we were supposedly vactioning with, but never did. We stopped at Pink's hotdog stand and had the very yummie chilli dogs and didn't hear from our friends about meeting up to do the tourist thing and do the star walk and see the Chinese theatre and such so it was decided we'd go to the beach because I had never seen the ocean. Much, much awesomeness. The water was freezing, though.
As for what's actually going on with my family. . . well, My grandmother passed out awhile ago while visiting Walmart and had to go to the hospital, they released her and now she's pretty much back to normal, except more annoying. Heh.
My aunt, the one who had to have her leg amputated, died because of further complications, the necrosis had traveled to her brain. This was all due to a stubbed toe. Yes, a stubbed toe can kill you if it's not properly taken care of, so no matter how much you hate hospitals ( I know I hate 'em ) it's still a good idea to go when something seems serious.
And my family has been served with an eviction notice. What happened was the apartment complex called the police and cps (child protective services) for unsanitary conditions and destruction of property, and were going for immediate eviction and breaking of our lease agreements (meaning we'd have to pay until August), or whatever. Ok, so my family members aren't the best house keepers ever, but I've seen much worse. As for the destruction of property, well, my little brother has broken holes in the drywall, but we'd fix that before we left. we actually had told them he was destructive but can't really help it before we moved in. It's being worked on, his destructivness, but it has to do with his autism.
Anyway, the CPS worker visited and commented all me needed to do was clean the floors a little, but otherwise there really wasn't much wrong. So the apartment was s.o.l. about getting the imediant evection because either CPS or the Health Department would have to declaire the place unfit for living to do that, so they served a regular eviction notice and they want to seize all of our possessions.
So Mum asked me to see if I could store some of our stuff with someone until they find another place. I can store some stuff at Kenny's, but not much. I need to ask another of my friends if it would be alright for me to store some stuff there for a bit, not too long.
I'm not even sure if they can evict us, actually, because we have an 80 year old lady and an autistic child. I know that there's some stuff that simply canot be done to us because of this ( such as our utilities cannot be turned off ) so we'll see.
