Well, if I told you, it wouldn't be a secret would it now? I will just say that when I am feeling really down, I read it and am inspired.

No need to worry. The book is not religious in nature. It is (by design) humorous. Being that the co-authors are humorists/stand up comics in additional to their professional trades, how could the book be anything but humorous?
