notes about change
i was doing some thinking earlier this week and tonight about life and change.
"life is about changing, nothing ever stays the same." - a line i heard in some old country song today which proves to be very true. as i was thinking about it i realized that although things may sometimes change even though you don't want them to, if you look around there is probebly something that has changed for the better. if life is always evoloving than how can only one thing change while everything else stays the same?
i spent literally about 4 hours on a birhtday cake for my mom today!!! why? b/c i had to pick one without a cake mix because i was to lazy to go to the store. ahhh. i even made the pudding filling form scratch!!! PUDDING!! it tasted really good though and she liked it so it was worth it.
i'm really glad i decided to spend friday and saturday night at home with my mom since its her birthday and all. plus she just got home from colorado on wensday and i hadn't had ANY time to hear about the trip due to stupid school and stress!!
compared to some people's workload i really don't have anything to complain about though so i will stop.
relations with the parentals are really good right now...strange
i really like the way things in my life are right now, minus the annoying presence of school work, but i should get to bed cuz its getting late...night!
