Short Bread
Yup I just try making Short Bread. It's easy to make and perfect for afternoon tea *nom *nom
and here the recipe :
150gr plain butter
200gr flour
75gr sugar
powdered sugar to taste
1. preheat the oven at 180c
2. mix butter,sugar and flour with hand until proof
3. put the dough on the cutting board that has been dusted with flour
form 20cm diameter of a circle ,puncture the surface of the dough with a fork
4. put the dough on the baking pan, oven for 20-23 min
wait for the short bread to cool then cut it, sprinkle with powdered sugar. finish
