So I was going to my car to go see Sherlock Holmes.. and I was walking on the snow because I knew there was some ice on the ground... and then the ice moved right to where I was and I fell and really hurt my elbow. Stupid ice. I think it's fine, but it's really really really sore, and it hurts to fully extend it. No bruising as of yet, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

On the bright side, the movie was awesome and the theater food was really really good. The fries at this place are awesome, and the popcorn has real butter on it instead of the butter flavored oil stuff that is used at most places.

I returned the Mr Coffee Frappe maker thingy. Just not worth the money for what it does. I have a bullet blender that blends ice better and it didn't cost $80. So it went back to walmart today and I got some christmas storage bins and some stuff for my new beta tank.
Then I went to petco and got a beta! I had one before the damned fire, so I figured this pet wouldn't run away on me or bite anyone so it was a good choice. He's really pretty, a pale white/purple color and he matches the tank. I named him Sakka.

The roads here are getting worse and worse unfortunately. With all the snow melting it's turning my road into one big mud puddle, then it freezes at night, and then the process starts all over again. The HOA here really doesn't take care of the roads like they should.

Did I mention that I finally got a french press from my mom for Christmas? I can not tell you how nice it is to have fresh coffee at work. I was very popular this Saturday. The only coffee they have at work is this weird packet coffee system that only produces a 6 oz (ish) cup and it's just aweful, and the coffee I make at home is either always gone by the time I get to work (it's a 45 minute drive usually) or it's cold. So I am going to leave it there and just bring some of the good stuff in to make it.

No plans as of yet for new years. Justin has to work and it's probably going to be rain/ice so I might just be spending another new years at home.
