Bike ride, okay so today I went for a bike rid ethat seriously nearly nkicked my ass.
I just wanted to really quickly get out and get some sun/exercise. SO i wound up going up a huge hill that nearly made me sick...and I forgot my inhailer, but ya. whatever.
Gotta get back into shape. PATRICK!!!! get back and lets go biking! :)
