Bitchy Team Members Are Bitchy Bitches
Hokay, I know I've been complaining a LOT on here lately, and here's one more!
I'm just going to say this: what's wrong with two weeks notices? They're there for a reason! They're there so your employer can find and train a replacement, or at least get them started on training, before you leave, so there isn't as big a commotion as there would have been had you just quit. Giving two weeks notice is the honorable thing to do, wouldn't you all agree? Let's just say I'm working with a fucking bitch who has no goddamned loyalty or honor because she's a stupid girl who just cares about herself, though she pretends she works so hard. She plays the martyr basically, and yet, she can't give me two damn weeks of notice. Whatthefuckever.
And now, I'm getting calls from Team Members who want less hours ("I talked to you, and I guess you didn't understand..." < that's what she said to me when I gave her two damn shifts a week, when she wanted less hours)even though last month, they said they needed as many hours during the school year as I could give them because they need to pay off car repairs.
I just wish people who do their stupid jobs. Right now, that's all I want.
