Been meaning to update
So will do it now while waiting for Mum to finish work so we can go to the pub.
So first bit of news is that I'm going to see Duran Duran with helen_t in May. We're going to see them at the LG arena which I worked out is actually the Birmingham NEC. Why do they change names on these things! Anyway would of liked to of gone to the O2 arena (aka the Millenium dome) too but I shall be in Monaco that night lol! It will be the 6th time I've seen them which doesn't sound much (well not by helen_t's standards but it's more times than I've seen anyone else! Can't wait! My boys! 30 odd years and still going strong!
Which brings me to my other significantly larger obsession and finally!!! F1 cars are back on track this week. January has been horrible but at least there is something to look at now. Car launches and plenty of pics from testing and of course Michael! I can't tell you how much I am aching to see him win a race again.
It occured to me the other day. I've booked Monaco and Silverstone and I was seriously thinking about Spa too - I've booked time off work, but I realised that Spa will be 20 years since Michael's first race in F1!! So this means I HAVE to go. So does anyone want to come too? I've got it planned. I'll go with Select again but go on the Wednesday this time so I get to go to the circuit for the pitwalk on the Thursday, and of course it's bank holiday Monday again so no need for extra holiday. Will definitely get that booked up soon I think.
