Bloody weather
Another disgracefully long time since I posted, what I'm going to do for excuses once Christmas is over I don't know.
I'm decidedly fed up with the snow which has now been sitting here since last week and causing disruption, not so much for me but for the family. All plans of getting together over Christmas are either up in the air or being changed. At least today my in-laws managed to arrive but my parents are still unable to get the car off their drive and they're supposed to be coming to us on Christmas Eve.
And then just to annoy me even more, iTunes is trying to be too clever - it tells me it's stopped updating certain podcasts because I've not listened to any episodes for a while, like a week. If the podcast is a weekly one, how often am I supposed to listen to it? Today it excelled itself by refusing to sync properly. But the most annoying thing is that I have no real right to complain - the ipod is one of my husband's old cast-offs, so it was free and is so old it's a wonder it works at all.
