Author's Notes: Evidently I have an affinity for Envy?
Summary: Revenge should be served hot.
They all felt when Lust bit the dust. A silencing of that small portion reserved for other emotions. Wasn’t the Fullmetal pipsqueak’s doing. He personally watched the brat get carted out of town. He wouldn’t have been able to take Lust down anyway. That left the blasted Flame Colonel.
Father’s left the punishment in the hands of Wrath and that feels unsatisfying. The stupid Colonel shouldn’t be alive right now, but Wrath’s left him that way. He likes plans that take awhile to unfurl. Envy has no time for such stupid ideas. Gluttony’s on his side. Revenge should be now.
They’ve done Father’s biding for hundreds of years now. Maybe it’s time they struck out on their own.
