Red Sox, SoCo & Lime, and Biochemistry

Haven't updated since February, whoops.   I was really busy with school and work and other random things.
The Red Sox season has begun, but it didn't begin well.  They are finally above .500 and on Saturday they ended their 7 game win streak.  They swept the Yankees and are now playing like they should be playing.  The pitching is still iffy but Wakefield did well last night.  Beckett and Lester are doing well.  Lackey sucks, Dice K...well it depends he's either really awesome or really terrible.  I could probably talk about baseball for ever.  My fantasy league also started, which is exciting, but makes me rapidly more obsessed with baseball.  I was talking to a table the other day at work about how I wanted Verlander to do well but not WIN because he was pitching against the Red Sox and most importantly Beckett.  It was a good team and I won this week in fantasy.  I'm 2-4 but thats mostly because I don't really know what I'm doing.  I'm getting a good feel for whats going on an will totally do it again next year..
Beth and I went to North Carolina and Kentucky for spring break.  SoCo was involved with pregamming the creation museum.  That was a pretty ridiculous trip, but we had a lot of fun.  We had a rental car (named Andrew) that was a brand new car.  It was pretty awesome, and we didn't even fuck it up! It was her last spring break so we wanted to do something weird but awesome.  We went to NC to see the One Tree Hill set/town where it is filmed.  I don't watch the show nearly as much as I used to but it was still really cool.  The creation museum....well there were a lot of cool dinos haha. We pregammed in the parking lot and almost got thrown out over a triceratopes incident we had.  Well worth it.
SoCo and I are fighting, we're breaking up for a while.  It gave me the worst hangover ever after havign 9 beers and then doing 6 shots of it in about an hour.  I was pretty done after the 9 beers but the 6 shots put me wayyy over the edge.  I was out with some friends and then went home.  Justin, who no longer works at Huntington, texted me and wanted me to go out with him.  So I did, at 1 am.  Terrible idea, but it was really nice to hang out with him.  I miss him a lot, a lot more now than when he first left.  I'm not the biggest fan of his replacement.  Although Jess is awesome Frank and Steven...aren't always as awesome.  But thats another story. I was so hungover that day at work.  MInd you I had to work at 4 pm, and I couldn't even function.  I can usually function pretty well, but I had to keep going into the walk in because I was having hot flashes.  I really wish I threw up that night, I would have felt so much better.  I couldn't drink SoCo/look at it/Smell it until recently and it was still painful.  Nicole came out to yell at me and Beth, because when Justin left after a couple of shots, Beth came home and decided to continue taking shots.  Beth and I were apparently really bad, I blacked out and woke up to bruises, pretzles all over the kitchen, and the bottle of SoCo gone.  It was 3/4 full the night before.  Painful is an understatement. I apparently told Nicole I was "Gonzo" as in really drunk.  I said the word a couple of days later and she almost killed me.  She was pissed because she had to wake up early to study the next day, but it was a Saturday and to be fair she is NEVER home on Saturday.  I texted Kim and asked her if it was okay and she didn't care.
I also had SoCo with Jess and Barone on Tuesday.  I had to take the shots in 2 mouthfuls to keep myself from throwing up.  That night ended up weird.  And it gets even weirder...but I won't go into that...The moral of that rant is that I can't drink SoCo because bad things happen/weird things.
I got most of my grades for the semester.  A in Inorganic, which was a hell of a lot of work.  A in Biochemistry LAB and B+ in Survey.  I'm still waiting for my Quantum grades.  Hoping for a B+  I also failed Biochemistry.  I'm re-taking it this summer and my grade gets replaced.  I fucked up basically and thought I had it under control.  I guess I didn't and by the time I asked for help it was too late.  I got a 58 in the class and to pass I would need a 60.  Close, but no cigar.  At least if I do well (when I do well I mean...) it'll boost my GPA
I'm going to go watch Bones on Netflix, because I have the day off.  I spent my entire day at UNO yesterday.  11:45am-4am.  I told Jess I wouldn't leave her alone.  I'm really glad that we're getting so close, it makes work a lot better.
