Another Boras client to worry about

Anyone else have concerns about Manny Ramirez changing his agent to Scott "the Devil" Boras?  It means that the Sox will have to deal with Boras in order to resign Jason Varitek and to negotiate whether or not to exercise the club option on Manny's contract.
