Okay, prior to this the only thing I'd watched on Hulu was Dr. Horrible. Now, I have a dozen tabs of shows open. Good lord there's a lot of crazy random stuff on that site.
Here, have a list of things I recommend and/or find bizarrely intriguing:
[Things with full seasons available] Buffy - They've got the first two seasons; I suspect you may have seen some of this in your younger days. (Possibly against your will. It really is an excellent show though!)
Eureka - They have the whole first season up. I love this show; if you can get past the fake science, it's a really sweet show full of nifty, nerdy characters.
The Invisible Man - I only ever saw a few episodes, but I remember it being a cool show. Plus it's got a small but high-quality slash fandom.
Stella - Micheal Ian Black!
Andy Barker, PI - Andy Richter!
The Tick - live-action, not the cartoon; still funny, but not quite as surreally brilliant.
Crusoe - I've only watched about one episode of this. I hear around the interwebs that it is a) ridiculous, and b) slashy.
Kitchen Confidential - Funny and *extremely* slashy.
[Things with some episodes/clips] 30 Rock - As Syl and Sunil say, the show was fantastic in the first season, and while it's still funny they're not hitting the same awesome tone as consistently. That said, I still love Tina Fey more than is probably healthy.
Chuck - I adore this show in a completely uncritical way. If you track down the first season and watch it, I will tell you all of my slashy theories. Also, it features the hero of Canton: the man they call Jayne!
Psych - Psych makes me laugh like a moron on a regular basis. There are only like 6 episodes up, mostly from the most recent season. I'd recommend just getting the DVDs from Netflix or something. Very funny, and deliciously slash-tastic at times.
Sanctuary - They've only got the first 4 episodes up, and I think the series really improved from ep. 4 onward. But, you know, it's got Amanda Tapping. And later on there's an awesome/wacky plot with Nikola Tesla.
Giada *and* Alton! - er, both shows. Not an incredible super-show featuring the food network prom king and queen.
Futurama - this will be an excellent resource when i NEED to see a very specific scene but am out of range of my DVDs.
The O.C. - hear me out! it's, um, adorable. and, um, slashy. are we noticing a theme?
[Nostalgia-vision] Newsradio - Fantastic, funny show. Starring Dave Foley of the Kids in the Hall.
Highlander - The whole series! For some reason! OMG Methos on my computer anytime I want...
Sliders - no explanation necessary.
Young Hercules - oh god, the shame...
[WTF] Cleopatra 2525 - Gina Torres!
Jack of All Trades - Bruce Campbell!
Spaceballs: the Animated Series - I don't... I don't even know.
He-man and the Masters of the Universe - By the power of Greyskull! But seriously: where's She-ra? Hmm?
