Week 1 New Job

I had this great meeting with a couple of the guys that work for me this morning. What was great was that I got to do the things I believe in. Sit and talk it out. Enter in the real discussion about software. Both of the guys are relatively junior to me, as is the other guy on my team. The real thing is that I came to the conclusion once again that I see more deeply, easily than 99% of my peers. It feels good even though it does not really mean much. If feels good that I can contribute, mentor, and just do it.
