Oh my gosh!!!! JULIE!!!

What can I say?! This is so gorgeous!! Yes, it's angsty, but it's very uplifting as well! I love so much about it, I don't even know where to start!!

The ending is perfect! Coming together to make love and reaffirm life ... *sigh* I love this!!

And George lauging about Freddie's first word being dung ... *giggle* I love that!! And he's married to Katie!! *grin* And that feeling that he's the only one who makes Ron still feel like a kid is so telling! Also, I love that he's closer to his brothers and to Ginny!! Such lovely mentions of them all!!

I love the moment with Hannah ... her pregnant and nesting and his memory of Hermione doing the same before Rose was born! Such a wonderful image!!

And the beginning with Harry ... oh gosh, so incredible!! Everything rings so true of their relationship, and it's just amazing! I feel like I'm sitting there watching, feeling Ron's emotions getting the best of him!!

I truly love this so much!! Thank you so much for writing it as my gift!! And as much as I love it, it pales to how much I treasure you! Your friendship is so precious to me, and I'm so thankful to have you in my life!!!

Thank you again for everything you do!!!!!!!!!!! Just for being you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad you liked it!

Writing Ron second person might be the scariest thing ever for me. I'm thrilled that it "sounded" right for you. I wanted to explore different angles - Ron the best friend, Ron the acquaintance, Ron the brother and Ron the lover - how what happened 10 years ago changed and/or helped to build who he is now.

Your relentless support and friendship were so comforting this year. Thank you for everything.
