Sooo, this week’s Glee
Except for Kurt’s story, it was lackluster.
I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they had a disabled guest star on so he could ‘teach a lesson’. And that ending scene? I think it would’ve been more poignant to have just Rachel and Jon singing in the room. It honestly felt like the big ending number was grabbing the spotlight away from their moment.
I don’t know about the writers. Look at Kurt- I really love how they are dealing with his sexual identity. That line by Burt about fighting fiercely for Kurt’s right to love who he loves- wonderful. I think they’re doing a gay character justice. They should do the same when they’re dealing with disabled characters. Especially since they’ve got Artie as one of leads and I hear he has a storyline coming next week…
Oh, and Puck? Has once more demonstrated why I can’t ship him seriously with anyone.
On a happier note, I just watched the pilot of Battlestar Galactica and liked it A LOT. I can already tell that this show is gonna be great. *pops DVD back in*
