Background: Kyth was born to politically mobile parents, very much your typical manipulative changeling couple. She herself never really got into that scene, possibly because of how little attention she got as a child due to it, but also because she isn’t really the type - in fact, she’s a little odd for a changeling. This is partly due to the way she is beset by strange dreams and premonitions, often involving cats, that have to do with the future. One particularly prominent dream that she had as a very small child featured a huge black panther entering her room at night, leaping onto her bed and telling her that she was a child of Bast and would one day travel away from the never-changing world of Needle to “seek that which is precious to me”. At the time it seemed like nonsense - no one ever left Needle, that was the point of being unchanging.
After visions like these it was sort of inevitable that Kyth joined the church of Bast, and although on needle it was a rather smaller one (Bast being a chaotic goddess, not so popular with the rigid government), she fit right in. Training as a cleric, she chose to become caretaker of a small shrine, which afforded her some peace and quiet in which to deal with her weird visions and try to sort out prophecy from normal dream.
After enough years at the shrine, generally alone with her thoughts, Kyth’s become a little odd. Not psychotic, but definitely eccentric. For example, she has a small puppet of an “owl-cat” as she describes it, which she calls Chivvit and claims to take advice from.
Physical Description: Kyth's natural form, which she is rarely actually seen in since it draws attention, is that of a petite female with pale gray skin, close-cropped white hair and pupil-less white eyes. She stands 5'1" and weighs maybe a hundred pounds soaking wet. She typically alters her skin tone to resemble a human's, and gives herself pupils and irises in her eyes. Her pupils are always feline-looking unless otherwise noted, and her hair she usually keeps looking like it's usual cut, but in color. She is rather absentminded about her appearance - not in the sense that she is sloppy, but in the sense that her hair and eyes tend to shift color slowly and continuously unless she’s paying attention.
Personality: Kyth is a very contemplative person for the most part, not terribly outgoing but not painfully shy either. She tends to watch situations for awhile before making decisions about them. When it comes to other people she can take them or leave them - she likes who she likes, and doesn't go out of her way to make friends with people who don't interest her. She's very perceptive when it comes to people and their true intentions. Strongly devoted to Bast, regards the goddess as her protector and responsible for keeping her from truly losing her mind due to her erratic precognitive talent.

-Jennifer Smith: Likes her quite well, but finds her a little bit too outgoing to feel close to.
-Kita Riddle: Increasing dislike and wariness, especially since noticing her alignment. Refusing to apologize to Chivvit probably didn't help either.
-Emerson Cod: Thinks he's an interesting person and suspects him of being highly intelligent, but doesn't feel she knows him well.
-Xer: Feels comforted by having someone around even more out of the loop in world matters than she is. Also appreciates his social perception, I.E. saving her from Velma-rape.
-Linus: Amused by his fascination with things that go "boom!"
