Apocalyptic Monkey Blood
Hey my non existent audience. I haven't updated in a while but that's ok, I guess you'll all forgive me.
Nothing much has been going on. I had lunch today with two ol' classmates from high school. I guess you could say it was quite an exciting reunion... well not really. I went over what went wrong and came up with a number of possibilities of what may have been the cause:
1.) I suck at starting conversations.
2.) They're too embarrassed to keep a conversation going.
3.) They were more interested in the food than me.
4.) My haircut was real bad, and they had to refrain from opening their mouths or else they would burst out in an immense amount of laughter
5.) They don't like me, they never did.
6.) They don't want to be here, they'd rather be somewhere else. Or....
7.) They must be very boring people.
However, my BBQ burger WAS extremely tasty. Mmmmm.. barbeque...
Work hasn't changed much. School's started for the little ones so now we have practice in the evening... I practically get paid to swim now because practice interferes with my work, and my coach/boss would rather have me swim.
The team is off to Salinas tomorrow for the Summer Splash meet. I'm chaperoning... oh goodness I'm chaperoning....
