Following yet another catastrophic Windows crash on the living room laptop, I am forced to run Ubuntu off a CD (Which gets bonus OS points for actually working, more-or-less as advertised).
I want to install it permanently but apparently this hard drive has incompatibly-sized sectors or something. This increases the urge to yank it out and throw it off a tall building that has been slowly rising within me all month.
I have a spare drive, although it is considerably smaller. Linux doesn`t take much space...
