Ahhh... knitting
have i mentioned how much i love knitting? there are some days where i don't knit at all, but now i've got a bunch of projects going for christmas...
my first attempt at fair isle kntting seems to be going well... it's a hat for my hat month old niece tara
i've kind of adapted a pattern from zoe mellor's adorable knits for tots to have fewer colors in each row, i was told that it would be easier to only have 2 colors in one row...
other projects in the works include a pair of mittens for miles out of zara merino, a pair of sweaters for the twins out of fingerpaint, a suede hat for nicholas using berocco's plush and suede, and the booties from the same pattern for miles.... he looks adorable in his hat!
