We improve work of Wi-fi of a network with Linux. ;-)
I suggest to make the following changes in algorithm of management of connections:
1. We connect the following modules:
modprobe tcp_vegas
modprobe tcp_veno
2. Turn off management transmission veno
echo “veno” > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_congestion_control
The algorithm of reno is already registered in system. The algorithm of veno is a hybrid from algorithms of vegas and reno, it accumulates all the best these algorithms but while still is experimental. If you don't want to use it on responsible knots with Wi-Fi, include algorithm of vegas.
