Oh yes! So, so much love for this <3 Man, your Jensen is just... heartbreaking, broken, sad, scarred and so deliciously jaded... I knew Jared wouldn't forget him. Seriously, your Jensen in this is amazing, I hope you can find the inspiration to maybe delve into him a little more? :)

Thank you very much. I'm so glad you liked this Jensen :)

And yes, I'll delve into him a little more, a sequel is already in the works :)

I have no idea what to say right now, just know I need to say something. I'm sitting here, clutching my laptop and trying to type despite my eyeballs burning something fierce. It's a rare damn day I cry while reading but it accidentally happened just now. One second, I'm reading and smiling and the next, I'm reading and smiling and feeling moisture at the corners of my eyes...

Right here:
“Thanks for teaching me swimming,” the guy says. Jared holds up his palm and the guy drops a folded piece of paper into it. “’s all I got.”

I should have turned on my laptop camera just to film a reaction video. It really got me that much.

This part, as well, also made my heart do a weird little beat:
The guy stares at him like he just found the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Looks at him like he’s the best thing in the world. In the whole universe. Jared averts his eyes, sheepish. “That was my first kiss.”

“’t was my first kiss, too.” The guy pauses. “I mean, kissing someone I want to.” And then the end, THE END. I have no idea, just.. ( ... )

Thank you so much, for your kind words! It's always a great reward to hear my little story touched someone. I'm so happy you enjoyed it this much, especially these scenes you mentioned. They were very important to me and it means a lot to hear that they really hold emotional impact :)

Maybe it reassures you, if I say you won't have to wonder about the possibilities for long. I'm already working on a sequel, so if you're interested to find out what happened to Jensen, I'd be overjoyed if you come back to read it soon :)

Oh, man. So very pathetic (in the old sense of the word) and so very heartbreaking.

The heat of the sun, the coolth of the water, their easy connection becoming something else, something important....

Really really lovely.

Thank you very much :) I'm glad you enjoyed it and that the imagery worked for you. I'm not usually that big on setting a scene, so it's nice to hear I was able to improve on that :P
