So the Xbox support page was down last night... (rolls eyes)
And this morning, it kept giving me an error at the "submit order" phase in Firefox. I managed to get it to go through in IE (sigh).
And the cherry on top is the "printable receipt." Seriously, if you're coming to movie night, you have to see this thing. It's absurdly poorly designed. I mean, I tire of the MS trash talk, but you can tell someone spent the minimum amount of time on this. It's poor form.
