Yes, I is back!
Hey guys, what's up? Been a while huh? Lol. Dude, you will not even believe it. Things have been crazy. It's been like a rollercoster lately.
Well my computer crashed, and is pretty much dead. Anyway, I wasn't able to get on the internet for like a month. Lol. However, this isn't the rollercoaster portion of my life.
See, as you all know I think, I was eccepted in to Up With People, which was pretty cool. The only thing was, that I had to come up with 11000 dollars by July 7th. Lol, crzy I know. Well I came up with about 4000 dollars, and was pretty much giving up all hope of going. I thought I would have to wait till the next tour, since I was supposed to leave for this one in like 3 weeks.
However, there is hope for me! Some kind of miricle or something! Lol.
I was talking to my friend Jacob the other day about how I was hoping for something like a miricle, and he had said that I would probably get one. I was pretty skeptical about it, but just laughed about it. Hahaha, like that. Lol. Anyways, yesterday I was checking my email and got one from the Up With people counselor, reguarding financial aid.
Turns out they gave me a 3200 dollar scholarship award. That means I only need another like 3 or 4000 dollars, which still seems like a lot, but with sponcer money I'm getting, and junk like that, well the trip is looking more and more like a go every time I stop to think about it.
Oh I really hope it works out. I really hope I get to go. It will be so much fun, and yeah I'll miss my family, but it's a really cool oppertunety. I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get the rest of the money in the next couple weeks, and I will be on a plain to Denver on July 7th!
Well other thn that, I've just been baby sitting mostly, watching a lot of movies, and getting fat on junk food. Lol. Seriously, I have so much to do with this whole trip thing, I haven't even starting buying the things I will need. Lol. I gotta start getting to work on that.
Well I guess that's it for now, I gotta run. My dogs are barking up a storm, and if I don't let them out, I don't know if anyone else will.
