Sky. We need to talk. Sooner rather than later but I know things are crazy busy right now.
When you have a minute.
Everyone else, does anyone know if the ...bar ever existed is still standing?
[ooc: Since he lost his memories of the bar, he has no clue where it's located so he can't check himself. lol]
oops i lost my boyfriend,

But yeah, if Aurora liked Smoke then he must have been a good guy. Sky hadn't said anything bad either.]
I'm beginning to think he was yeah. I guess that's why the Sphere took him away.
[It was depressing but it was the only thing he could think of. He had pushed it, snooping around the library reading old journals and allying himself with Spade...the Tree had already tried to kill him once before, so now that it had gotten him of course it would try to make his life HELL.]
Honesty. Right. That doesn't...come as naturally to me as it does to you but--that makes sense. I'm not sure how to make it up though--when he comes back. It's gonna be painful you know? Not for me so much. Smoke's gonna really need his friends...
[Not that he knew who they were. But he could assume Aurora was one of them.]
No no, I couldn't fake that to save my life. I just--I can't even pretend. I don't even know what he fucking looks like!
...Sorry. Cursing bad. But you get what I'm trying to say right?

The things that don't matter are rarely taken from us. [He agreed, thinking back to how they had lost Clé and Vanilla, and the fire that had ruined and killed so many. Even though he had returned, the memory of Bridge dying to protect them still hurt.]
If it is easier for me, then perhaps I should tell him. I wouldn't mind. And how can't it be painful for you? Even without our memories, we can sense when something is wrong or missing.
[He let the cursing slide, figuring Ghost's mental state made it excusable.]
Smoke is roughly 185 centimeters and fairly slim. His hair is red, his eyes are red, and he smokes. I suppose he would be considered attractive by most standards. He should iron his clothes more often.

[It was probably a bad idea that Ghost was SERIOUSLY considering letting Aurora tell Smoke. He sure as hell didn't want to. But he needed to pull himself together! He wasn't a chicken!]
Thanks man, but no I should do it. It's just the right thing to do and...he might take it better? Or not but it's still my responsibility.
Hey maybe I'm just a tough guy? [yeah tough guy that looked like someone was slowly crushing his chest with a boulder.]
...I'm just saying it's worse for him. I'll...be ok.
[bawwwwwwwwwwww]
Red hair and eyes...woah. Smoker and hella taller than me. Geez. That can't be hard to find.
Iron? [He has to smile at that.] I sure as hell ain't doing that.

Understood. But if you don't tell him within three days of his return, I will. [Ghost didn't really strike him as a coward, but he himself had admitted Aurora was more suitable for the job; it was best to have backup just in case Ghost found himself unable to complete the task.]
You have good muscle mass, so I would say that you're tough, but I don't see what physical strength has to do with the issue. He'll need your support emotionally. And if you can't find him, I will introduce you.
[He paused, mulling over something before continuing with a slightly hesitant tone.]
It's not hopeless, you know. [And as much as he hated to mention it, it was his only example.] Bastet and Range were fine when he had returned and had forgotten everything.

It's not fair to judge a man by his newbie clothes.
Wow. Ah...ok. Deadline and everything. I can work with that.
[Being ordered around always felt annoyingly familiar anyways.
He laughs at Aurora's remarks about his HAWT GUNS.]
Damn right I do. [Flexxxx.] But yeah I meant emotionally. Thanks man.
[Woah. Aurora is getting deep. This was so weird.]
...Yeah I...well I wouldn't say Bastet and Range were fine but they do seem to be getting along and rebuilding what was lost. You think I should tell Bastet about him? I dunno if they knew each other or anything but she might be able to help him.

[He nodded as Ghost accepted the deadline, more at ease now that there was a plan with protocol established. He didn't get what Ghost was laughing about, nor why he felt the need to flex, and chose to ignore it. At least he seemed to be in a better mood.]
Bastet would have better advice than me for this kind of situation. [Yeah, not even going to hide the hint of bitterness at that.] She could tell you the best way to proceed with regaining your relationship based on her own experiences.

[Between losing boyfriends and losing his home, Ghost was doing GREAT. ]
[Hint of bitterness? What?] Still, you listened to me and honestly--that's kinda just want I needed. [Total softie look.] Thank you. I owe you one.

[Aurora was taken aback, surprised by the sentiment. Clearly, he wasn't expecting this sort of reaction.] A lot of people would have just listened. It's what- what friends do, right? So you don't owe me anything.

Friends...yeah. [Big ass smile. He's touched!]
