I am listing my painting of Princess Kaguya from 'The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.'
She has plucked the moon from the sky and examines it before her.
Being that this story is one of the main inspirations for my favorite anime, Sailor Moon, I added the bunny moon crests to the patterning on her outermost kimono in homage to the sailor suited heroine.
I really wanted to post pictures of my painting here, but LJ seems to have some issues with uploading images at the moment.
