I take her in tomorrow to get her contact.
Princess is faced with the choice of likely never driving a car due to being blind in one eye, or massive headaches until her brain adjusts to binocular input. The headaches will probably go away. Probably. Eventually.
I got off incredibly easy with princess. She's just about as easy a kid as can be without the wings and halo package. If she decides she's going to do something, it gets done. She's tenacious and determined.
On the flip side, if princess decides something isn't going to be done, the world will need to build a bypass, she's not moving.
If this contact thing gives her headaches, I have absolutely no idea what I'll do.
